If you no longer have the device, you can remove it from your account using Find My on iCloud.com.Turn off Find My on an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch
When you turn off Find My on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, Activation Lock is automatically turned off.
- On your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, go to Settings > [your name] > Find My.
- Tap Find My [device], then turn off Find My [device].
Turn off Find My on a MacWhen you turn off Find My on your Mac, Activation Lock is automatically turned off.
On your Mac, do one of the following:- macOS 13 or later: Choose Apple menu > System Settings, click [your name] at the top of the sidebar, click iCloud on the right, click Find My Mac, then click Turn Off next to Find My Mac.
- macOS 12 or earlier: Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Apple ID, click iCloud, then deselect Find My Mac
Turn off Find My on Apple WatchTo remove your Apple Watch from Find My, unpair it from your iPhone. Activation Lock is automatically turned off. See Sell, give away or protect a lost Apple Watch in the Apple Watch User Guide.
Remove your AirPods or Beats headphones from Find MyTo remove your AirPods or Beats headphones from Find My, unpair it from Bluetooth settings on each of your devices, then remove it from your devices list.
Remove any Apple device through iCloud.comVisit www.iCloud.com and enter your Apple ID and Password. In Find My iPhone, click All devices, then select the device you want to remove this should show as offline. Click remove from account Please ensure it is removed and not just erased as the device will not go online to complete the erase request .

Erase your iPhone or iPad and restore it to factory settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset, then tap Erase All Content and Settings.
- Enter your passcode or Apple ID password.
- Wait for all content to be safely removed from your device.
Erase your Mac and restore it to factory settings-
Do one of the following:
- On your Mac with macOS Ventura 13 or later: Choose Apple menu > System Settings, click General , click Transfer or Reset, then click Erase All Content and Settings.
- On your Mac using macOS 12 or earlier: Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then in the menu bar, choose System Preferences > Erase All Content and Settings.
- In Erase Assistant, enter your administrator information (the password you use to log in to your Mac).
- Review items that will be removed in addition to your content and settings.
- If your Mac has multiple user accounts, click the arrow next to your account name to review the items.
- Click Continue, then follow the onscreen instructions.

Reset an Android Phone and remove it from your Google account
- Go to Settings > System.
- Tap Reset Options.
- Choose Erase all data (factory reset).
- Tap the Reset phone.
- Tap Erase everything. Your phone will be returned to the same state as when you purchased it.
Lastly, remove the device from your Google account. Head to the Recently Used Devices section in your Google account. Once you log in, you’ll be able to see which Android devices are connected and linked to your account. Find the phone you are selling, click on it, and then click Remove.
Reset a Microsoft Phone- Go into Settings
- Scroll down and tap on About
- Tap on Reset your phone
- Confirm that you want to delete all your data, this will remove all your content and data from the device.

- Open your device's Settings app.
- Tap Passwords and accounts.
- Under 'Accounts', tap the account that you want to remove Remove account.
- To confirm, tap Remove account Remove account.
- If this is the only Google Account on the device, you'll need to enter your device's pattern, PIN or password for security.

Reset and wipe a Nintendo console
- Go to System Settings on the main menu
- Scroll down to System and select it, then scroll down to Formatting Options and select it
- You will be prompted to enter your Parental Control PIN after selecting Formatting Options
- Now you need to select Initialize Console to factory-reset your Switch, this will remove all your content and data from the console.
Reset and wipe an Xbox console- Press the Xbox Button on your controller and select Profile & System
- Under settings, select System and then select Console Info
- Now go into Reset Console, you will be presented with 2 options. You can Reset and Remove Everything and Reset and keep my games and apps.
- Select Reset and Remove Everything. Your console will now reset to factory settings.
Reset and wipe a PlayStation console- Navigate to your PlayStation Home Screen
- Then select Settings > System > System Software > Reset Options
- Now select Reset Your Console, this will remove all your content and data from the console.

Enter “System Information” into the Windows Search bar and click its icon to open System Information.
- Open the System Information window and navigate to the System Summary tab on the left pane if you haven't done so already.
- Locate the "System Manufacturer" section in the right pane to identify the manufacturer of your laptop.
- Find the "System Model" section in the right pane to determine the specific model of your laptop.

Look for the “Processor" section in the right pane to retrieve detailed information about the processor, including its generation.
